Cancellation and Refund Policy

Soca Invasion Weekend Membership Packages are Non refundable once purchased. There are no refunds for cancellations on the part of the customer. Once your deposit or any other payments are made towards this Membership package you are confirming that you accept and agree to the Soca Invasion Weekend Membership Refund Policy.




Balance must be paid in full by March 30th 2023.
Packages are transferable Prior to January 30th 2023.


Covid 19 Refund Policy.
The Soca Invasion Team will only issue refunds if this event has to be cancelled due to Covid 19 Protocols.
Trip Insurance is also Available.

This is your Events Only Pass for Soca Invasion weekend Ghana. This ticket Grants admission to all the events and Tours associated with this weekend. All ticket sales are final. Transportation will be provided from La Palm Royal Hotel to events off the compound and back only for an Extra fee.
